Maseru, Jan.24—- Four members of the army, Khauhelo Makoa, Sebilo Sebilo, Tsepo Tlhakeli and Thebe Tsepe who are accused of killing three men at Mafeteng in 2012, were on Wednesday released on bail by the High Court.
