CASE NOT URGENT-COURT

Maseru, Sept.25—-The High Court through Justice Maseforo Mahase has ruled that a case in which a member of Democratic Congress (DC) Bokang Ramatsella is seeking deregistration of Revolution for Prosperity (RFP) from political party list by the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), is not urgent.

This was after the same court heard arguments on urgency in the matter whereby the applicant insisted that the case is urgent while the respondents argued that it is not.
