Qacha’s Nek, Jan.06 — A destructive hailstorm struck Motse-Mocha in Qacha’s Nek, leaving behind a trail of devastation as residents grapple with widespread damage to homes, crops, and infrastructure.
Several streets became impassable due to severe waterlogging, while many households were flooded.
Damp conditions left clothes and furniture soaked, forcing residents to open doors and windows to dispel the musty stench. Others were seen tirelessly mopping up water when the Agency visited the area.
