DPP THROWN UNDER BUS 

Maseru,Feb.06– The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Advocate Hlalefang Motinyane and her office were on Tuesday blamed for yesterday’s interruptions into scheduled proceedings in a case in which ten army members are charged with the murder of three men whom they allegedly kidnapped, killed and dumped their bodies into the Mohale Dam. 

Detective Inspector Tankiso Lethoko  who was yesterday expected to continue with his evidence, under cross-examination, in a trial within trial, explained to the court why he failed to show up as expected, resulting in a delay in the matter…
