EFFORTS TO REINSTATE 11TH AMENDMENT TO CONSTITUTION UNDERWAY

 

Maseru, Jun. 21– The Deputy Prime-Minister (DPM) Chief Justice (CJ) Nthomeng Majara says efforts to reinstate the Eleventh Amendment to the Constitution of Lesotho are underway, this she said during the meeting with Principal Chiefs to brief them about Reforms progress. 

CJ Majara stated that for this to be a success, there has been progress made and that is to amend the Standing Order 105 to allow the Parliament to reinstate the 11th Amendment to the Constitution  of Lesotho.
