FOUR DIED IN CAR ACCIDENT DURING EASIER HOLIDAYS

Quthing, March 02 — Three men  and a woman driver, aged between 29 and 39 have been reported dead when a quantum taxi overturned at Dilli-Dilli on Saturday during Easter holidays.

In an interview with the Agency, the Quthing District Police Commander Senior Superintendent ‘Mamoipone Mohloai  alleged that the deceased are from Dilli-Dilli and Sinxondo while the fourth deceased is a South African resident of Mthatha in Eastern Cape.

She said that other two women who have been in the same quantum  with the four deceased sustained injuries, one has been admitted at Quthing government hospital while the other ran away and is alleged to be at her residence in Sinxondo.

Senior Superintendent Mohloai said source of the accident should have been tiredness as it occured around 05:00 o’clock in the morning and none of alcohol either bottles or cans were found in the taxi.
