Maseru, Dec.22—Four prisoners are still on the run after the six escaped on Thursday night between 21:30hrs and 22:00hrs maximum prison. Lesotho Correctional Service (LCS) Spokesperson Assistant Superintendent Pheko Ntobane has said.
He said that the two other prisoners were recaptured after their escape near the Police Training College (PTC) and Khali Hotel respectively.
Therefore, he urged the public to help and inform them wherever they see those still on the run namely; Seboka Motumi of Ha-Andreas Makhaleng, Bokang Khotso Tsako from Motimposo, Tumelo Mpopo of Ha-Tšosane and Bokang Molongoana from Nazareth.
Moreover, Assistant Superintendent Ntobane indicated that the escaped prisoners were convicted for different crimes including murder, housebreaking, and illegal firearms to mention a few.
