Mohale’s Hoek, Mar.10–The deputy chairman of the Policing Forum Committee Mr. Mahlomola Kokoana says another celebration of welcoming 2 trophies awarded to the Policing Forums courtesy of LMPS’s Crime Prevention Unit will soon be held at Ha Malebanye.
Mr. Kokoana stated this in an interview with the Agency, following a recent celebration held at the district police station and the other one previously at Ha Maphohloane, by noting that they are celebrating their achievements in fighting crime in various villages with guidance from police officers.
He however indicated that there are some villages which do not have policing forums, and those who already have them are trying to disseminate information regarding the significance of having such forums, asserting that following the awarding of the trophies some villages have begun to show interest in the initiative.
