Quthing, Jan. 16 — District Heads of Departments (HOD) and some stakeholders in land issues attended a one-day workshop on National Spatial Development Framework (NSDF) held at a local Lodge Upper Moyeni on Thursday.
The workshop also attended by Assistant Physical Planners and Council Secretaries from six councils in the district, was intended to make participants understand importance of their contribution in development of the district spatial development framework to inform a national framework.
Speaking at the same event, the Commissioner on Lands Ms Mantai Seboko said effective participation of attendants at the workshop will play a vital in development of NSDF to benefit Basotho for general development of their country.
She highlighted that NSDF is a strategic plan for Lesotho to guide land use, housing, and other development. . .
