Leribe, Sept. 25 — The Community Councilor of St. Philips at Ha Mots’oane in Leribe says road maintenance for Ha Libenyane is on the top agenda to fulfill community development.
Speaking in an interview with the agency on Wednesday at the public gathering held at Ha Mots’oane in Leribe, Mrs. ‘Mapuleng Tseki said Ha Libenyane is one of the villages within St. Philips Electoral Division.
Mrs. Tseki explained that the road from Ha Mafohla to Ha Libenyane needs to be maintained and levelled with machinery . . .
