LUCT, LMPS   ON GANGESTERSM AWARENESS AMONG YOUTH

Maseru, Nov. 03 – Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) and Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) held an awareness campaign on gangsterism among youth at Rasetimela High School, Berea on Friday.

The campaign in line with the theme “Rise Above Rebellion, stand a Better Future,” was spearheaded by year two and year three students under the Faculty of Communications.

Addressing the audience, Ms. Ntsoaki Khuto of LUCT mentioned that the purpose of the campaign is to raise awareness on the effects of a lifestyle known as ‘manomoro’ otherwise gangs ‘ which she said has negative impact on the lives of youth, as many have now engaged in criminal acts. . .
