Mohale’s Hoek, Dec. 24 — Majantja Football Club’s First Vice President Administrator Mr. Phomolo ‘Mantutle has applauded Standard Lesotho Bank for the support to the team, after providing off field attire, chairs and a Tent which he noted the team will rent out to generate money.
Mr. Phomolo noted this in an interview with the Agency by asserting that the team’s management had previously approached the bank requesting full sponsorship, only to be informed that the bank was currently not sponsoring any team but would rather assist the team through the program called Community Outreach Projects, which is operating in the Southern region of the country.
He articulated that they hope the institution would in future consider providing full sponsorship to the team as day to day running of the team needs money, which will also be used to pay players. . .
