Maseru, July 07 — The Ministry of Gender, Youth, Sports, Arts, Culture and Social Development with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has held a prelaunch meeting for the Lesotho National Youth Entrepreneurship Mentorship Programme (LNYEP) in an event held in Maseru on Friday.
While outlining the objectives of the programme, the Chief Youth Development Officer to the Ministry, Mrs. ‘Mambulelo Motekase said that the government of Lesotho through the ministry aims to create a safe space to empower youth economically, socially and politically.
