Maseru, Jan.15—Minister of Public Service Mr. Stephen Mputi says negotiations between government and Coalition of Lesotho Public Employees (COLEPE) have started and are still continuing.
This he said following allegations by COLEPE earlier on Monday that the government has failed to go for bargaining process which was due last Friday.
He said that they were surprised to learn that COLEPE called a media briefing yet negotiations are still in progress. . .
