Maseru, July 03 — Public Servants officers proceeding on retirement are set to be equipped with entrepreneurship skills during a two day workshop organized by the Lesotho Institute of Public Administration and Management (LIPAM).

The workshop will be held at LIPAM training centre starting from Tuesday next week.

LIPAM Chief Executive Consultant, Mr. Mathaha Mathaha told the Agency on Wednesday that the public servants officers proceeding on retirement will be equipped with entrepreneurship skills in order to enable them to start their own businesses.

Mr. Mathaha further said the officers will also be made aware of possible investments they could make at the Central Bank of Lesotho (CBL) with the little packages they are going to get.

“Pension Fund will also brief them on how much these officers could get on a monthly basis as their pension,” he hinted.
