Maseru, Sept. 27 — At least M322 million is expected to be spent on the horticulture project that the Millennium Challenge Account has launched with the support of the Lesotho government.
Speaking in an interview with the Agency on Wednesday, the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Account-Lesotho II, Mrs. ‘Mannana Phalatse stated that the horticulture project will be supporting the government of Lesotho through health systems strengthening projects,
She added that the project will also look at supporting Market driven irrigated horticulture projects as well as business environment and technical assistance projects.
