PM FULFILS HIS PROMISE

Thaba-Tseka, Nov. 23 — The community of Likomeng in the Thaba-Tseka district has witnessed the construction of a gravel road that the Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane promised two years ago.

While handing over the road, the Prime Minister said that the road is amongst the promises that his party made during its campaigning period which he said needed to be fulfilled.

He indicated that it is through developments such as roads that the lives of Basotho can improve as it also enables for other developments such as businesses, schools and health facilities.

On the other hand, the minister of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police Mr. Lebona Lephema said that the 20 kilometers road is going to join a number of villages and when fully completed, it will also join the Malingoaneng road in Mokhotlong.
