READING BOOKS STILL RELEVANT – PUBLIC 

Maseru, Apr. 21 — As the global community will on Tuesday next week celebrate the World Book and Copyright Day, some members of the public have expressed that reading books remains relevant. 

Speaking in an interview Mrs. Maneo Thoahlane stated that reading books remains essential and relevant no matter the changes brought about by ever-changing technology. 

Also speaking in an interview, Mr. Lereko Motumi said with technology improving, books are now more accessible. He added that reading has become more interesting. He indicated that readers no longer have to leave their homes to get books from libraries. 

Another member of the public, Miss Tumeliso Mohapi stated that to-date, books remain relevant. He added that they cannot become unpopular. She stated that there are people who cannot afford to access books online on a daily basis therefore buying a book works for them.
