STANDARD LESOTHO BANK INAUGURATES REFURBISHED BRANCH

MOHALE’S HOEK, Sept. 13 — The newly rehabilitated, renovated Standard Lesotho Bank branch building was inaugurated on Saturday.

The member of Parliament for Mohale’s Hoek No. 61 Mr. Cloete Mdlokovana pointed out that it is a good move for the bank to rehabilitate the building as that gives hope to the clients and boosts the staff morale and improves clientele.

Mr. Mdlokovana highlighted that he is aware that some of the services offered by the bank have improved and there is no need for clients in the southern region to travel to Maseru for executive services since Mohale’s Hoek branch is central and accommodates other districts in the south.

He pleaded with the bank management to decentralise more services for convenience purposes and if possible, expand the building even more for better and improved client-based services.

The Standard Lesotho Bank Chief Executive Officer Mr. Samuel Seboka, articulated that this is only the beginning of more better things to come.

He mentioned that as the bank top management, they are transforming their working space for the client as the client is the most important element within the bank’s service provision. . . . .
