Maseru, Nov.10— The High Court through Justice Tséliso Mokoko has on Monday reserved until December 03 2025, judgment in a case in which four men are charged with the murder of Ralikonelo Joki, popularly known as ‘Leqhashasha’ as well as that of Mothibe Mothibe and Thomello Ntsane.
This is after the court heard arguments from the defence and the prosecutions after both parties closed their cases.
The prosecution through Advocate Christopher Lephuthing argued that there is a case for the accused to answer adding that there is enough evidence to have them convicted on all the charges.
The defence lawyer in the matter Adv. Lepeli Molapo argued that the prosecution has failed to prove the alleged common purpose. He added that there is no evidence linking the accused to the offences charged therefore they must be acquitted…
