Maseru, Jul.16 — Advocate Rasekoai Thoahlane, one of the defence lawyers in the bombings trial says he intends to file motion after the prosecution had a file containing privileged information about his client Heqoa Malefane.
He told the court that as a newly appointed lawyer for Malefane he realised that among the documents he received from the prosecution, there was a file containing consultation minutes between the accused and his previous lawyer.
The Lawyer stated that his client has instructed him that he is not comfortable to proceed with the case under the prosecution of the prosecutors who had access to personal information. . .
