Thaba Tseka, July 16 — Over 200 youngsters attended a two-day Police Thaba Tseka Youth Camp session which began on Monday.

In an interview with Sub Inspector Mohlabi Tsoai, he said they have realised that the youth are easily lured into engaging in illegal activities, especially during the long school vacations.

He said they engage in things like substance abuse, and common theft crimes and end up with early unplanned pregnancy which is also recorded as high.

He continued to state they mostly engage in dagga and alcohol. He added that they engage in common theft in shops and supermarkets.
