Maseru, Aug.19–A positive Disaster Risk Reduction in Africa begins with creation of jobs as across Africa lies tremendous potential, a growing youth population, a spirit of innovation and communities determined to build a better future.
This was said by the Assistant Director General and Director of the Director General’s office, International Labour Organisation (ILO) Mr. André Bogui in a statement which he said ILO will be bringing to the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development which Lesotho’s Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane will be attending in Japan.
