JOURNALISTS UNDERGO DISABILITY TRAINING 

Berea, Aug. 01 — At least more than 25 Journalists from different media houses are attending a three-day media training on protecting the rights of persons with disabilities held in Berea, starting today, Tuesday.

Welcoming participants at the workshop, Mr. James Chifwelu Nkemba, National Director, World Vision Lesotho said this workshop operates in line with the social protection system and safeguarding protection of people with disabilities as well as those that have been trafficked including protecting the rights of children.

He said the media plays a critical role in as far as sharing a stronger voice on behalf of the marginalised hence the workshop.
