Maseru, Aug 01—Leader of opposition in the National Assembly Mr Mathibeli Mokhothu has written to the Speaker of the National Assembly Mr Tlohang Sekhamane about a circular written to summon members for the Special Meeting scheduled on Monday next week.
In the letter, Mr Mokhothu said he was penning the letter as Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly, to express their dismay at the irregular nature of the circular.
