Maseru, Feb. 12 — Although livestock branding is continuing at Maseru district, some challenges faced contribute towards inefficient delivery of such services.
This was said by Maseru District Livestock Registration Manager Mrs. Nthoto Mosoeunyane in an interview with the Agency.
