Berea, June 24 — The newly promoted Vodacom Premier League (VPL) team in Berea district, Maroala F.C has elected a new committee made of 11 members ahead of the resumption of the league games.
Mr. Relebohile Obza Thelingoane who has retained his Public Relations Officer (PRO) position confirmed the development during an interview with LENA on Tuesday.
He said following transition from A division league to the premier league side, the committee is faced with a crucial task of steering the team to even more victories.
Mr. Thelingoane said they had to suspend their team constitution in order to enable them to meet the requirements of playing in the premier league.
“Comparatively to the A division league administrative issues where they used to have president and vice president, there are some slight changes including the incorporation of the first, second and vice presidents,” he explained. . .
