Maseru, Oct.17—A case in which some members of the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) are charged with the murder of three men whose bodies were recovered from the Mohale Dam has been scheduled to proceed on Monday next week.
The court is in this matter still dealing with a trial within trial which is intended to establish admissibility of evidence that the admissions, confessions and pointing out made by the accused in the matter were free and voluntary.
