Maseru, Oct 30 – The Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) are investigating the death of a mother and a child following a shooting incident that happened at Matala Phase One in Maseru on Sunday evening.
Police Spokesperson Senior Superintendent Kabelo Halahala told the Agency on Monday that the police rushed to the place to find what transpired and could only comment after getting a detailed police report.
On the other hand, the husband of the deceased woman, Mr. Haretsebe Mahosi when contacted for comment said he was still at Mafeteng and was preparing to come to Maseru.
