Maseru, Aug, 27 — Lesotho Mounted Police Services and Registrar General Office signed the issue of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Maseru.
According to Mrs. ‘Mamoretlo Mohapi, from the Registrar General Office, Lesotho like other countries should abide by the rules set in relation to crimes.
