Quthing, July. 12 – Auxiliary Social Worker in the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development based in Pokane and Sebapala expressed dissatisfaction over misuse of government’s grants inclusive of Basic Education Strengthening Project (BESP).
This Mrs. ‘Mathapelo Kitleli said during grants gathering held at Pokane, Ha Boke as well as at Sebapala Community Council pay-points on Thursday respectively.
She noted she has established with concern some recipients who after receiving financial assistance meant to meet their needy children half way by buying uniforms and other learning materials, guardians and parents opt to use the money for their personal being instead. . .
