Maseru, July 16 — New research has shown that the impacts of human-caused climate change are so prodigious that they are interfering with time.
ABC News Chief Meteorologist Ginger Zee says the days are getting longer as global temperatures continue to rise.
He was unpacking the results of a new climate change results published on Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences on Monday.
The research shows that polar ice melt caused by global warming is altering the speed of earth’s rotation and increasing the length of each day.
