Maseru, Jan. 08 — The deadline for athletes to qualify for the Paris 2022 Olympic Games is fast drawing near in May this year according to Lesotho National Olympic Games (LNOC) Chief Executive Officer Mr. Moshe Raleaka.

He told the Agency on Monday that so far only Tebello Ramakongoane has already booked his ticket to the Paris Olympic Games in marathon.

Mr. Raleaka said he is expecting Tumelo Makae in Mountain Bikes Cycling to qualify as he currently ranks second in Africa, adding that LNOC has just send his profile to the International Olympic Committee (IOC), saying if approved, he will automatically make it to France later this year.
