Qacha’s Nek, July 03 — Magistrate Ts’eliso Bale has postponed an incest case where a 43 year-old man was accused of sexually molesting his 15 year-old daughter to August 17, 2023.
“The case is postponed due to a false impression that the public prosecutor should be away on a workshop,” he said.
The accused is charged with sexual offense in contravention of the provisions of section 8 (1) read with section 32 of the Sexual Offenses Act no. 3 of 2003.
