INFORMATION MINISTRY, DCEO ON FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION

Maseru, July 27 – The need to focus on strengthening public officers’ ethics and integrity standards is vital in order to alleviate corruption in its different forms.

This was said by the Deputy Principal Secretary (DPS) in the Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI), Mrs. Lineo Ramabele-Smith when officiating a half-day engagement workshop on the fight against corruption for information personnel.

She thanked the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO) for having organised a workshop of this nature, emphasising the need to rethink in terms of reinforcing ethics and integrity, fight corruption and sustain good governance.
