Maseru, Apr.07—With less than a month left for street vendors in Roma to remove their shacks and stalls, there is light at the end of the tunnel as Manonyane Community Council has managed to secure a site for the vendors to locate to.
During the meeting that was held in January and attended by Roads Directorate, Maseru District Administrator, Community Council and representatives of street vendors in Roma, the Roads Directorate informed the attendees that all shacks and stalls along the road from St. Michael’s to Ha-Mafefooane will be removed especially occupying a 30 meters road reserve radius.
