MARKET DAY MEETS CULTURE, ARTS IN BICENTENARY CELEBRATION 

Botha-Bothe, Aug. 29 — The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Nutrition, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Environment, and Culture, recently hosted a Market Day event as part of the bicentenary celebration of the Basotho nation on Thursday.

The event was enriched by the vibrant participation of youth, performances by various arts groups, and the involvement of farmers and nutritional clubs from across the district and the country.

District Agriculture Officer, Mr. Molete Kaeane, explained that the event brought together farmers from different sectors to showcase their work. This initiative aimed to provide visibility to the services these farmers offer, making it easier for those who require their expertise to find them. . .
