Maseru, Feb. 12 – The Ministry of Public Service (MPS) held a one-day goal setting training held at the Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI) boardroom on Monday.
The training saw attendance by MICSTI Human Resources Officers among others.
According to Ms. ‘Malebete Phenya, Senior Performance Management within MPS, said the goal setting training aims to ensure successful implementation of tracking public servants’ performance.
She stated that this will go a long way not only in tracking performance but making sure that plans, strategies and accountability is enhanced in order to improve service delivery in government. . .
