Thaba Tseka, Nov. 12 — The Disaster Management Authority (DMA) has begun food distribution in the Semena Constituency which is famous for its high rate of malnutrition.
The food distribution which started on November 12 is targeting 2250 households.
Speaking in an interview with the Agency, the District Disaster Manager Ms. Nthomeng Matete said food to be distributed includes beans, wheat, and maize.
She added that they had to prioritise and select the most vulnerable constituency such as Semena which has the highest record of malnutrition cases among children in the district.
