TEENAGE PREGNANCY DECLINE AT LAGHETTO HIGH SCHOOL

Leribe, Sept. 05 — Laghetto high school has registered a decline in teenage pregnancy in the previous academy year, Maths and Science Head of Department Teacher has said.

Mr. Thabang ‘Matli attributed the decline to Basic Education Strengthening Project (BESP) component aimed at providing Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) education to learners otherwise social clubs development.

Mr. ‘Matli explained that annually, they record up to seven cases of unintended pregnancies, saying at least only three to four cases were recorded. . .
