Leribe, Oct. 14 — With the purpose of commemorating Girl Child Day, District Child Protection Team (DCPT) Leribe will on Thursday this week hold a celebration at Senyookotho Primary and high school, Matlakeng in Leribe.
On the same day the similar event will also take place at Pitseng Likileng in the same district.
The commemoration will be under the theme,’ Girls Vision for the future.’
Explaining it to the agency on Monday, the Secretary of DCPT Mr. Morema Phits’ane said the team opted for Matlameng and Pitseng as World Vision Lesotho as the main supporter has already established concrete programmes encompassing such.
