Maseru, Mar.03— Following its adjournment in January this year, a case in which four police officers are charged with the murder of their colleague Police Constable Mokalekale Khetheng, has on Monday resumed before the High Court.
Detective Inspector Tankiso Lethoko continued with his evidence in chief and told the court that in 2017, during the investigations into the murder of the deceased in this matter, an investigation team which he was part of, went to Ha Setho where they were shown a spot in a stream where a body of an unidentified man was found in 2016.
He further told the court that they were told that the body was taken by the Ha Mokhalinyane police. He stated that they went to the Ha Mokhalinyane Police Station where they met Detective Lance Sergeant Jane who collected the corpse from the scene.
