PHATE ATTRACTS INTEREST FROM FREE STATE CHEETAHS 

Maseru, Nov 29 — A 21 year-old Mabote Beavers utility rugby player Sekhohola Phate has attracted interest from the Free State Cheetahs in South Africa. 

Federation of Lesotho Rugby (FLR) Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Lit’sitso Mot’seremeli told the Agency on Wednesday that Phate went for trials at the Free State Cheetahs and were impressed by what they saw.

He said FLR is currently working on his (Phate) papers in order to release him to join the Free State Cheetahs that will allow him to play professional rugby.
