Leribe, Oct. 25 –The Principal Secretary for the Ministry of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Mr. Lira Ralebese has urged the participants at a two-day Capacity Building Workshop for the Programme Beneficiary Institutions to go back as changed individuals for service delivery in their respective institutions.
Opening the workshop is held at Hlotse, Leribe on Wednesday, Mr. Ralebese said the Programme Estimate is crucial as it entails transforming the nation in terms of supporting reforms and strengthening Governance.
He explained that the implementation phase of the estimate should be smooth, yield sharper products and people who deliver what is expected.
He expressed his gratitude to the European Union (EU) for the support in implementing the programme and also to the National Authorizing Officer for the guidance.
