Maseru, Mar. 15 — As the world is grappling with the consequences of climate change, ReNOKA working in collaboration with European Union (EU) has embarked in a cleaning campaign held in Morija on Friday.
With mixed weather of the morning, chilled breeze, cloudy but sunny day, ReNOKA, EU, learners from different primary schools and some members of the community have gathered at Morija conservation dam to clean it.
All are in a joyous mood to make the campaign a success, wearing blue and white T-shirts printed ‘Orange Senqu Source to Mouth Cleanup’ symbolizing the importance of keeping the environment clean at all times.
Pheha-plastic group is not exceptional in this regard as they were seen taking part in the cleaning campaign, ready to collect the waste and make it useful again.
