Thaba Tseka Apr 14 – A 64-year-old Tlali Mokhethi from Kolbere, Mokhotlong has commended World Vision for providing them with cash transfers which helped change their livelihoods.
This Mr. Mokhethi stated during the World Vision delegation site visit at Kolbere where the beneficiaries from the surrounding villages had gathered to meet the delegation.
