COURT TO SET NEW HEARING DATE

Maseru, Mar.20—-The High Court is yet to set a new hearing date in a case between United For Change (UFC) and its Member of Parliament (MP) Mr. Mohlominyane Tota.

The case failed to proceed today as it was discovered that legal representative for the applicant Advocate Fusi Sehapi did not follow court rules in his papers therefore was given time to correct the errors.

The applicants in this matter, UFC and its leader Mrs. Malichaba Lekhoaba have approached the court requesting it to review, correct and set aside a decision by the Speaker of the National Assembly in which it ruled that  Mr. Tota has not crossed the floor but simply changed seats They asked that the court should order that the decision is irregular and unlawful…
