Mohale’s Hoek, July.18 — Public Relations Officer from Food and Nutrition Coordination Office (FNCO) Ms. Nthabeleng Sefako has on Thursday urged Basotho to use various climate change smart seedlings in support of healthy nutrition.
Ms. Sefako noted this in an interview with the Agency, prior to the launch of the District Nutrition Campaigns, by asserting that Basotho should use some of the money from the Cash for work initiative provided by DMA, to buy some seedlings so that they get various vegetables from their own gardens.
On the other hand, the District Food and Nutrition Coordination Officer Mrs. ‘Manyeoe Tsoho articulated that trained Nutrition Pioneers from various schools will be delivering speeches during campaigns, instead of officers from the Food and Nutrition Team, and concluded by noting that she expects the campaign to be successful, because children are the ones who will be showing off what they have been taught. . .
