Maseru, Dec. 17—Basotho Action Party (BAP) has shown intention to oppose its suspended Deputy Leader, Mr. Motlatsi Maqelepo’s court application.
Maqelepo, acted in concert with Mr. Tello Kibane, as first and second applicants, Constituency Executive Committee of BAP, Mokhethoaneng Number 27 and Constituency Executive Committee (CEC) of BAP, and Makhoroana Constituency No.20 .
